Guide to configure mayDDNS for Hikvision devices

Go to Configuration -> Network -> Basic Setting -> DDNS

Hikvision DDNS Configuration

1. Enable DDNS

Check the box next to Enable DDNS.

2. Enter all required information

  • DDNS Type: DynDNS (preferred) or NoIP
  • Server Address: mayddns.com
  • Domain: Hostname, e.g. example.mayddns.com
  • Username: The username in hostname details
  • Password: The password in hostname details
  • Confirm: Re-enter the password
  • Port: Skip

Note: Username and Password are not your mayDDNS account credentials

Guide to configure mayDDNS for Dahua devices

Go to Settings -> Network -> DDNS

Dahua DDNS Configuration

1. Enable DDNS

Check the box next to Enable DDNS.

2. Enter all required information

  • Server DDNS Type: DynDNS (preferred) or NoIP
  • Server IP: mayddns.com
  • Domain name: Hostname, e.g. example.mayddns.com
  • Port: 80 (if available)
  • Username: The username in hostname details
  • Password: The password in hostname details

Note: Username and Password are not your mayDDNS account credentials
